Vivekananda Ashrama
Today, 4th August, 2026 Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and former Governor of Maharashtra, visited Vivekananda Ashrama, Shyamlatal. He arrived at the Ashrama and had darshan at the temple, where he offered flowers at the feet of the Holy Trio.
Thereafter, he visited our Charitable Hospital and showed keen interest in its activities and services. He partook of the noon prasad at the Ashrama and departed in the afternoon.
The 42nd National Youth Day Celebrations : 12th January, 2026
Dear devotees and well-wishers,
On the auspicious occasion of National Youth Day, a special program was organized at Vivekananda Ashrama, Shyamlatal with great fervour on
Monday, 12th January, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
The program started with the lamp lighting followed by Vedic chanting, cultural performances & speeches by students and teachers of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa (GAP), an energizing talk and guided recital of Swadesh-Mantra by monastics.
