Return & Cancelation Policy

Right to Refuse Donations:
Vivekananda Ashrama reserves the right to cancel a donation if:

• The donor does not specify the purpose of the donation.
• The donor fails to provide full name, address, and contact details.
• The donor does not submit their PAN or Aadhaar for donations below ₹10,000, or PAN for donations of ₹10,000 or more.

Transaction Issues:
If you make a donation but do not receive a confirmation due to slow internet, bank issues, or technical problems, please contact us at enquiry@shyamlatalashram.org. We will check the transaction status for you.

Refund Requests:
If you wish to request a refund:

• Contact us within three days at enquiry@shyamlatalashram.org or call +91  8006505387 / 9674214195 / 8475090604
•  with your order number and reason for the refund.
• Refunds will not be granted if Section 80G Donation Receipts have already been issued.
• Refund requests must come from the donor or credit card holder, including their name and transaction number.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
